Credit Card Payment
StaceyLu Confections works with Authorize.net to process your orders. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order on the day your order is received.
You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that StaceyLu Confections, LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the StaceyLu Confections, LLC Service is subject to limits established by StaceyLu Confections, LLC and/or by your credit card issuer.

Substitutions
On occasion, StaceyLu.com reserves the right to substitute gift containers and/or ribbon for styles of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to the customer.
Ordering
StaceyLu.com requires a minimum of forty-eight hours for preparing and processing of most orders. All orders over 25 cookies will require additional time of approximately forty-eight hours to prepare and process.
Orders that are received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed over the weekend to be shipped out the following Tuesday.
Large, Custom orders require 7 days lead time. We can accommodate shorter lead times for orders under 50 cookies.
An order needed for an event held on a Saturday will be shipped the previous Wednesday to ensure arrival on time.
You may request any shipping date between five and thirty days after your order is placed. Unless a specific shipping date is requested, orders received by StaceyLu.com after 12:00PM EST will be shipped on the next business day after the forty-eight hour processing time has elapsed.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon request, StaceyLu.com can accommodate overnight shipping for an additional charge. StaceyLu Confections does not make any representations or guarantees for the United States Postal Service.
